All of our modz have been engineered and tested for months before a release. We use all ROHS compliant parts and are always testing new products to improve them.

The normal amount of time it takes for a order to be packed and shipped is 2 days. Due to the incredible reviews of our products it has increased the demand. This does put us sometimes 3 – 4 days before shipment. This is a rare situation and we are working to make sure doesn’t happen often.

We do NOT allow the customer to send in there own controllers for liability reasons. We rather be responsible for something we paid for, not you.

These modz can NOT be detected by Xbox Live HOWEVER we do not condone the use of them on Xbox Live due to the unfair advantage you may have over other opponents.

This warranty starts the day the item was delivered.

The Rapid Fire only controllers are designed to work great across many games like Halo (1,2,and 3), Rainbow Six, Call of Duty 4, Gears of War, etc. Since they are made to be a “universal” rapid fire it is not the same as the Halo 3 modz.

The Rapid Fire on our Halo 3 modz was specifically designed and engineered for Halo 3. This is why it fire a lot of the fully automatic weapons faster, all more accurate, and some (Turret, SMG, Assault Rifle) with more control.

At this time we do not due full custom modz yet however it is in the plans for the near future.
